Hair rebonding?

i have very dry, frizzy and curly hair.i want to have straight and gorgeous hair.i heard that hair straightening or smoothening have too many chemicals which will damage the hair a lot.how about hair rebonding?is it safe?what is the difference between hair straightening and rebonding?have any of u tried it and had good results?pls let me know

Hair rebonding?

i have thick n somewhat frizzy hair..the natural effect is wat some pple call "flyaway" hair...i've tried both straightening and rebonding....

straightening basically straightens your hair, n it lasts abt 2 mths maybe...depending on our hair type...n it leaves ur hair feeling really dry

rebonding..it is supposed to kill most of your hair chemicals, but it does leave ur hair feeling smoother than straightening...n it also does look much better....but be sure to go to a trusted stylist, cos i've heard bad stories abt salons who dun do a gd job...

i rebond my hair every 6 months or so....it helps a lot cos i dun have to do much blow drying n such..it's basically flat...which is wat i'd always wanted...but if u go to a gd stylist, u can stil have some volume blown in if that's wat u really wan...

i suggest u speak to your stylist n hear wat they tell you...n then go with wat u think u wan, from wat they tel you....it took me almost a year before i finally decided i'd have my hair rebonded, n by who...n now, i am greatly thankful for whoever invented it. :))
