You could also scrunch your hair then put in two thin headbands in that match your outfit. Put the first one in about an inch from the hairline and the second one about three inches from the hairline.

well. if you don't like curly hair, what about crimping it.

Straighten your hair. Take a crimper, and crimp the top half, leaving the bottom half straight.
