conditioner hair treatment, or Flex conditioner on the tips after you wash it (rub it in good and then rinse leaving a little in the hair). Be careful not to overdry your hair with the blow dryer.

when your washing your hair
wet your hair
then shampoo just the roots of your hair...as the shampoo goes down it will cleanse the rest of your hair.
then rinse thoroughly
then apply conditioner only to the ends and middle of your hair...that way you won't get oily roots.
also wash your hair in luke warm water as it stops the oil glands opening
and rinse your hair after conditioning with cold water
don't use really hot or really cold water as use in between and just cooler. as this will make hair oily.
get your hair trimmed regularly to keep all the dead ends at bay.
and treat you hair every so often specially if u straighten it every day. or spend a lot of time in pools or at the beach.
don't play around with your hair to much as this will make it greasy and dirty as you are transferring dirt and grime from your hands to your hair.
good luck :-)

when you wash your hair concentrate the shampoo(diluted in water) in the scalp avoid the tips and when your using a conditioner concentrate on the tip only and leave for a minute
