i have curly hair and i put moose in it, its a Tresseme product

when i straighten it i put it pretty high temp. like 350+ then i hairspray it (Tresseme again)

i was wondering what one is worse for your hair(causing split ends)

strightening it is much worse, it drys out your hair ( my mom is a hairdressor, soo she tells me all this stuff) =)

not grtting it trimmed... it makes your hair grow greyer faster...

They're both bad. Straightening is worse, but it does work better. Try getting a heat protector spray to use on your hair before straightening. I believe tresseme makes a nice one.

Yeah using to much irons is bad.(on your hair)

The product build-up can be really bad, but as long as you wash it out that day or the day after you will be fine. The straightening is bad for your hair too because it drys out the hair especially at your temp. try using a leave in conditioner in before you straighten (10 minutes or so before) then straighten and you'll be fine..personally i think straightening is the worst for your hair though!
