Yup, you can relax it using the Nuetralizer that comes with perm lotions as it sets the hair but if there's no rollers in it it can't set the hair curly, if you know what i mean?? You would'nt get the same 'sleek' effect that you get with straightening irons but the hair itself would be straight and you could just blow dry it proper to get a sleek effect.
