No, because your hair will eventually grow, and if you do nothing else to it, eventually it will come in healthy again. I have had many friends that have tried this with less then desirable results though. Sadly it fried their hair, and was VERY expensive.

Thats not true. My bff and I both get our hair straightened chemically, and our hair is way healthier looking than most everyone else. I am not saying it makes your hair healthier, but it doesn't damage it no. unless your person is sucky.

yes you have to be very careful and deep condition it often let a professional do it and go back for conditioning

i tried it ( and i even had my sister deho does hair for a living do it) it like ruined my hair. my hair was extremely corse andi had so much split ends and dead ens i thought it was going to break off. i had to get 5 inches cut off just to cut all the dead ends off. it like killed my hair :(.

they make straightners that work really well, and quickly. and they wont damage your hair as longs as you use thermal spray!

my sister had her hair chemically straightened. if you only do it a couple times, it will be okay. however, if you repeatedly straighten it, it will be fried and extremely dry.

if you hair does get damaged, you can just wait for it to grow out. your new hair will still be good as new.
