Error in maintenance of straightened hair?

I just got my hair straightened (relaxing) yesterday.

The guidelines said no sweating for 3 days, no helmets for days, no water on head for 3 days, no tucking up hair behind ear for 3 days.

Now I may have slept in a position which stresses one side of the head. So as I wake up, my hair from the left is popping out which is making me look like a clown.

PLZ help me do something about this hair, how do I get it straight again.

thanks.

you need to flat iron the hair that is popping out then you should be fine. If that doesn't do the trick then I would call your stylist ASAP.

previous poster is correct. just flat iron it. you can apply heat to relaxed hair. just no moisture. though i've never heard "no tucking behind ear". that's odd. make sure you set the heat on your iron relatively low, as your hair is damaged now from the chemical, and doesn't need as much heat to style as before. don't overstress it. :)

good luck!
