Nothing can take away all the damage. Your best bet is to stop doing it. But if you do not wish to stop, you should invest in a product to put in *before* straightening, which lessens the damage done. ThermaSilk makes a leave-in conditioner that you can use while straightening your hair. It protects it from the heat and helps make it extra straight. I use it myself, and it works great. Also VO5 makes a spray that you put in your hair when using heating products.

Start with a good moisturising shampoo and conditioner and then get some of the GHD hair oil, it really helps to protect from the damages of straighteners, and then if need be, get some leave in conditioner or some gloss and de-tangler for when the hair is dry

You should use conditioner to calm the fris....dont straiten your hair everyday unldess you use some sort of straitener spray!!

instead of straightening your hair every day, try relaxing it, which ive found helps A TON and my hair can get REALLY poofy and frizzy and curly. also, if you dont like relaxer, you can try pulling your hair back really tightly, which will let your hair dry straight and then you only have to do the ends, reducing damage by a great deal.

Bed Head "Ego Boost" is what I use after each time I straighten my hair. It's a leave-in conditioner to help get rid of split ends. It's in a pink bottle with a green pump.

First try not to straighten every day. Can you go a day without washing your hair? That helps replenish natural oils. Second, they now make heat protectant spray to put on your dry hair before you straighten it. I think it works. They sell it in stores like Wal-Mart and Target but they sell the good stuff at salons, like Matrix is what I use. Also use extra moisturizing hair conditioner and leave a little in. But, I too use to straighten my hair every day and I found that more people like me curly. Plus it gives my hair a break every now and then.

Try Kiehl's Heat Protecting straightening lotion. It is great. I straightened my hair for more than a year with Chi Ceramic iron and this lotion and my hair was healthier than what it was before.
