i just bought a can of umberto giannini 'sleek and straight' spray and it doesnt spray! i know i sound like a moron, but i can hear that the aerosol can is full. and the store wont let me return it....i was expensive so how can i fix it??? :/

well make sure that you dont have a sticker still left on the inside of hte bottle(i have done the tones of times) good luck and hope it works!!

Theres a number and/or address at the back of the can, below the ingredients. Trust me that happens to most ofmy cans all the time. To prevent that, you must press down the button SOFTLY.

That's happened to me before. It seriously pisses me off. But unfortunately I don't know how to help fix the bottle. Maybe if you can find some way to put a hole in it and put it in a different bottle somewhat like a plastic perfume bottle. Sounds dumb, I know, but maybe it would work.

you should ask for the manager when you are in the store. but it could be that the hole where it sprays out of is blocked so you could try unblocking it by putting a pin in it. this happened to be before and it helped.

buy another one and i suggest using another brand like garnier their awesome!
