I have very coarse and thick hair. I'm also a good swimmer, my hair is very damaged and dry from the chlorine. Any suggestions? Thanks

Okay i have the same hair .

this is what i do.

straighten my hair on a monday lets say , spray it with Rusk Thermal str8 spray before. It's a protective flat iron spray . then after im done spray it with Rusk Thermal Str8 ceramic finishing tools. And thats a protective shine spray .

I swear to god it leaves my hair shiny and silky , just running the flat iron over it quick and a few sprays and my hair feels new.

And if you have a shower every other day or something you won't be doing it every day! . And when you have showers , Put on a cap so you can wash your body not your hair . thick coarse hair only needs to be washed twice a week .
