Apply straightning balm or spray and then iron your hair. It definitely helps to keep your hair straight for a long time.
Also before straightning you can apply Garnier Frutics Smoothing milk. It also keeps your hair silky and straight without being frizzy.
You can find good straightning products in Herbel essence, Loreal, Pantene.

Uhm... you could try a palm. Palm is this stick stuff that you put in your hair when it's damp. I use alberto v05 pomade. It makes your hair feel kind of gross, but unless you touch it or other people touch it, no one will know.
Anyway, try that. Then blow dry it completely. Blow drying it will help to work the palm into your hair. Then straighten. When you straighten it, you'll most likely see some steam coming off. Don't worry about that. Your straightener is just getting rid of the extra moisture.
